Our Ceremony & Reception

This event will be semi-casual, for example: jeans and boots welcomed. Please dress however needed for the weather that day. We want everyone to be comfortable rather it's cold or hot. You just never know in South Texas! :)
Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony inside the Saltwater Pavilion located right behind beach ceremony. BYOB! We will provide some beer and wine but feel free to bring your drink of choice. No individual glass bottles please! (For example no glass beer bottles. Glass liquor or wine bottles to pour from are okay. Need to limit the risk of broken glass due to the beach location) Reception and dinner will start around 5:30pm. ****Saltwater Pavilion is the larger Pavilion to the left at the far end of the beach, you will pass two smaller pavilions on the right.

Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by October 25th at the latest! If things change closer to the wedding, please reach out and let us know rather you can no longer come or if things have changed and you can make it after all! This way we can adjust our count with the caterer and chair rental company!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are registered at Amazon.com and there are a few gift options linked above on our website (honeymoon fund as well as a few other gift card options).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony starts at 4! Please feel free to arrive around 3:45. After the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour while we run off to take pictures and then the reception will follow along with dinner. ***Our venue is BYOB! we will have some beer and wine but feel free to bring your drink of choice. Only rule - no individual glass containers like glass beer bottles - a bottle to pour from is okay. Since we are on the beach we need to limit the risk of broken glass.

Yes! I tried my best to include your children so you could RSVP for them as well. Apologies if I included too many or not enough. Please feel free to add them in when you RSVP!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
No dress code. Jeans and boots more than welcomed! We want everyone to be comfortable enough to dance the night away with us! Also - heels and sand do not mix! I would recommend a flat shoe or slipping them off for the ceremony and then putting them back on for the reception. Please please dress for the weather as well! Hoping it will be nice and cool without being tooooo cold! (fingers crossed)

Will the ceremony still take place outside if it rains?
Answer
If it's pouring out then we will move the ceremony indoors/inside the Saltwater Pavilion. If it's just cloudy then we will probably still try to do it outdoors. Both reception and ceremony are at the same location so just look for the signs pointing you towards the wedding! :)
